The Admin Officer place is a part of Corporate Services at discipline places of work instantly reporting to Project Coordinator and has matrix reporting relation with HCS. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES |

- Work intently with the Field Office Project Coordinator and Country Office Corporate Services Team
- Support implementation of Farm Africa’s discipline workers handbook, procurement, logistics, and IT insurance policies/manuals
Procurement
- Responsible for facilitating & dealing with all procurements of the sphere workplace

- Compile all related procurement paperwork for cost processing and sustaining an auditable file
- Ensure all procurement governance necessities are in place together with procurement committee formation

- Support the PC/Team Leader at FO in making ready procurement plans often
Logistics
- Handle FO logistic service together with actions of individuals and program provides, and experiences to the CO Logistic Manager
- Ensure car insurance coverage and annual inspection are intact and registered well timed
